Hey, I’m Kim Darragon and I’m an award-winning marketing and events consultant. I specialise in helping all sorts of startups, small businesses and ambitious entrepreneurs promote their brands, drive growth and see results.
With 17 years of experience in the industry, I’ve worked in-house for magazines, startups and creative brands, and I’ve supported over 190 businesses across the UK, US and Europe since launching my own consultancy. I’m also a public speaker, university lecturer and brand ambassador.

I’m deeply committed to supporting underrepresented and immigrant founders.
I’m an advisor at TERN (The Entrepreneurial Refugee Network) and work with non-profits such as Hatch and Migrateful. I support and work with founders from diverse backgrounds, including refugee entrepreneurs in the US and UK. I also regularly mentor and host lectures and workshops for dedicated programmes and accelerators.
